Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patty

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the Jon's Naturals burger patty with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until it reaches your desired doneness.

  2. 2

    Cook the Egg

In a separate non-stick pan, add a little oil and crack the Evetta Farms egg into the pan. Cook on low heat until the whites are set but the yolk is still runny, about 3-4 minutes.

  3. 3

    Toast the Ciabatta Roll

While the burger and egg are cooking, slice the ciabatta roll in half and toast it on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Spread the truffle mayo on the bottom half of the toasted ciabatta roll. Place the cooked burger patty on top, followed by a slice of ham, a slice of cheese, and the sunny-side-up egg. Drizzle with mustard and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Top with the other half of the ciabatta roll.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve immediately while hot, and enjoy your Croque Garcon Burger!
