Bacon Jam Preparation

    Cook the Bacon

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

    Sauté Onions

    In the same skillet, add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

    Make the Jam

    Add cooked bacon, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper to the onions. Stir to combine and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes until thickened.

Garlic Aioli Preparation

    Combine Ingredients

    In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.

Burger Assembly

    Prepare Patties

    In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.

    Cook Patties

    Grill or pan-fry the patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

    In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.
