Preparation

1

Prepare the Ham

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, making shallow cuts about 1 inch apart.

2

Make the Glaze

In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey, and Dijon mustard until smooth.

3

Apply the Glaze

Brush the glaze generously over the scored surface of the ham. Insert whole cloves into the intersections of the scored cuts.

4

Bake the Ham

Place the ham in a roasting pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes per pound, basting with the remaining glaze every 30 minutes.

5

Slice and Serve

Once the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C), remove from the oven and let it rest for 20 minutes. Slice and serve.
