Chill Your Glass
Fill a rocks glass with ice and let it chill while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Makers Mark Bourbon, water, and Angostura bitters.

Stir
Add ice to the mixing glass and stir gently for about 30 seconds to chill and dilute the mixture.

Serve
Discard the ice from the rocks glass and strain the mixture into the glass.

Garnish
Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink and drop the peel into the glass as garnish.
