Preparation

1

Prepare the Feta

Cut the feta cheese into small rectangles, about 1 inch thick.

2

Set up the Breading Station

In one bowl, place the all-purpose flour. In a second bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, place the bread crumbs.

Cooking

3

Bread the Feta

Dip each piece of feta first in the flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the bread crumbs. Set aside.

4

Fry the Feta

In a large skillet or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the breaded feta pieces and fry until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

5

Prepare the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together honey, lemon juice, and togarashi seasoning until well combined.

6

Serve

Remove the fried feta from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Drizzle with the honey-lemon sauce and serve immediately.
