Prepare the Asparagus
Trim the ends of the asparagus and toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Roast the Tomatoes
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and roast for about 15-20 minutes until they are charred and blistered.

Make Ciabatta Crumbs
While the tomatoes are roasting, tear the ciabatta bread into small pieces and toast them in a pan over medium heat until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.

Grill the Asparagus
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the asparagus for about 5-7 minutes, turning until they are tender and have grill marks.

On a serving plate, arrange the grilled asparagus. Top with the charred cherry tomatoes, dollops of burrata cheese, a drizzle of aged balsamic vinegar, and sprinkle with ciabatta crumbs.
