Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients needed for the Double Stack Reuben.

Prepare the Bread
Butter one side of each slice of marble rye bread.

Layer the Ingredients
On the unbuttered side of two slices of bread, layer half of the corned beef, half of the sauerkraut, and two slices of Swiss cheese. Drizzle with two tablespoons of Thousand Island dressing.

Add Second Layer
Repeat the layering with the remaining ingredients on top of the first layer, creating a double stack.

Grill the Sandwich
Place the remaining slices of bread on top (buttered side up) and grill the sandwich on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve
Remove the sandwich from the grill, cut it in half, and serve with extra Thousand Island dressing on the side.
