Turkey and Ham Preparation

Prepare the Turkey
Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Season the turkey with salt, pepper, and sage. Roast in the oven for about 2-3 hours until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Prepare the Ham
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and Dijon mustard. Brush the mixture over the ham. Heat the ham in the oven for 1 hour until warmed through.
Stuffing Preparation

Cook the Sausage
In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.

Prepare the Stuffing
In the same skillet, sauté celery and onion until soft. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sausage, sautéed vegetables, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Mix well and place in a baking dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.

Sweet Potatoes Preparation

Cook the Sweet Potatoes
Boil the sweet potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and return to pot.

Prepare Sweet Potato Mash
Add brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon to the sweet potatoes and mash until smooth.
Green Beans Preparation

Gravy and Cranberry Sauce Preparation

Make the Gravy
In a saucepan, combine turkey drippings and flour over medium heat. Whisk until smooth, then gradually add water to reach desired consistency.

Serve with Cranberry Sauce
Serve the turkey and ham with warm gravy and cranberry sauce on the side.
