Prepare the Turkey
Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Season the turkey with salt, pepper, and herbs. Roast for about 2 to 2.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it rest before slicing.

Make the Stuffing
In a skillet, cook the sage sausage until browned. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, cooked sausage, onion, celery, and chicken broth. Mix well and transfer to a baking dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.

Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
Boil the peeled and chopped sweet potatoes until tender, then mash with a little brown sugar and butter.

Cook the Green Beans
Steam the green beans until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat the Gravy
Heat the turkey gravy on the stove until hot before serving.

Serve with Cranberry Sauce
Serve the sliced turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green beans, turkey gravy, and cranberry sauce.
