Caesar Salad Preparation

Chop Romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl. Add Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, croutons, and black pepper. Toss until well combined.
Prime Rib Entrée Preparation

Cook the Prime Rib
Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C). Season the prime rib roast with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Rub with olive oil. Place in a roasting pan and cook for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 325°F (163°C) and cook for an additional 45-60 minutes until rare to medium rare. Let rest before slicing.
Tuscan Potatoes Preparation

Roast the Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C). Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, fresh rosemary, minced garlic, and salt. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and tender.

Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix sour cream, prepared horseradish, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add melted white chocolate and eggs, mixing well. Pour into graham cracker crust. Swirl raspberry puree into the batter. Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool before slicing.
