Steak Preparation

Season the Steak
Take the ribeye steak and generously season both sides with kosher salt and black pepper.

Assembling the Sarnie

Prepare the Bread
Slice the bread rolls in half and toast them lightly if desired.

Add Toppings
Spread mayonnaise on the inside of both halves of the bread rolls. Place a layer of lettuce leaves on the bottom half, followed by slices of tomato.

Thinly slice the rested steak against the grain.
