1. Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.

2. Marinate the Steak

Place the bone-in sirloin steaks in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steaks, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450°F or 232°C). If using an oven, preheat to 400°F (200°C).

4. Cook the Steaks

Remove the steaks from the marinade and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before grilling. Place the steaks on the grill, cooking for about 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness. If using an oven, place the steaks on a baking sheet and cook for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

5. Add Butter

During the last minute of cooking, add butter on top of each steak to enhance flavor.

6. Rest and Serve

Remove the steaks from the grill or oven and let them rest for about 5-10 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
