Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass, add the Beefeater Gin, Sipello Bittersweet, Beesou Honey Aperitif, Amaretto, and the dashes of bitters.

Stir
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain
Using a strainer, pour the mixed ingredients into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.

Garnish
Twist the orange peel over the drink to release its oils and place it in the glass. Add one maraschino cherry on top as garnish.
