Prepare the Roasts
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the beef, lamb, and pork roasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and paprika, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Chop Vegetables
While the meats are being seasoned, chop the carrots, potatoes, and quarter the onions. Mince the garlic cloves and set all vegetables aside.

Sear the Meats
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the seasoned roasts on all sides until they are browned (about 3-4 minutes per side). Transfer the roasts to a large roasting pan.

Add Broth and Wine
Pour the beef broth and red wine over the roasts and vegetables in the roasting pan. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.

Roast in Oven
Place the roasting pan in the preheated oven and roast for 2 to 2.5 hours, or until the internal temperature of the meats reaches a minimum of 145°F (63°C) for pork and beef, and 160°F (71°C) for lamb.
