Prepare Burger Patties

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Divide the turkey mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 3/4 inch thick.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
