Rich and spicy spinach dip made with cream cheese, artichokes and spices. Topped with Parmesan cheese. Served with corn tortilla chips.

Prepare the Spinach
Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly under cold water. Remove any tough stems and roughly chop the leaves.

Prepare the Artichokes
If using canned artichoke hearts, drain and chop them into smaller pieces. If using frozen, thaw and chop them.
Cooking

Cook the Spinach
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped spinach. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the spinach is wilted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Combine Everything
Add the cooled spinach and chopped artichoke hearts to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Add Parmesan Cheese
Fold in the grated Parmesan cheese into the dip mixture.
Baking

Bake the Dip
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Serve
Remove the spinach and artichoke dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with corn tortilla chips.
