Method

Prepare Chicken Tenders

  1. 1

    Coat Chicken

In three separate bowls, place flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs. Season the flour with salt and pepper. Dip each chicken tender first in flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the bread crumbs, ensuring a good coating.

  2. 2

    Fry or Grill

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the breaded chicken tenders and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Alternatively, for grilled tenders, preheat a grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.

  3. 3

    Slice Chicken

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet or grill and allow to rest for a few minutes. Slice into strips for serving.

Assemble Salad

  1. 4

    Prepare Salad Base

In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, diced tomatoes, peeled cucumbers, diced eggs, and shredded carrots. Toss gently to mix the ingredients evenly.

  2. 5

    Add Cheese

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the salad.

  3. 6

    Top with Chicken

Place the sliced chicken tenders on top of the salad.
