Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Bake the Potatoes
Place the potato halves cut side down on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the skins are crispy and the insides are tender.

Chop the Green Onions
Finely chop the green onions and set aside for garnish.
Assembling the Loaded Potato Skins

Add Cheese and Bacon
Once the potatoes are baked, remove them from the oven and flip them over. Sprinkle the aged Cheddar cheese generously over the potato skins, followed by the crumbled bacon.

Return the loaded potato skins to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and is bubbly.
