Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Wash all the fruits and tomatoes thoroughly under running water. Peel the oranges and grapefruit, and chop them into smaller pieces for easier juicing. Remove any stems or leaves from the cranberries and chop the tomatoes into quarters.

Juicing

  1. 2

    Juice the Fruits

Using a juicer or blender, add the chopped oranges, cranberries, grapefruit, and tomatoes. If using a blender, add a little water to help blend smoothly. Blend until well combined and smooth.

Straining (Optional)

  1. 3

    Strain the Juice

If you prefer a smoother juice, pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a bowl or pitcher, pressing down to extract as much juice as possible.

Sweetening (Optional)

  1. 4

    Add Sweetener

If desired, stir in honey to the strained juice to sweeten it to your taste. Mix well until the honey is fully dissolved.

Serving

  1. 5

    Serve Chilled

Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately over ice, or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
