Season the Salmon
In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of dried dill, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Rub this mixture evenly over the salmon fillet.

Grill the Salmon
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the salmon fillet skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the fillet, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Plate the Dish
Once the salmon is cooked, place a generous portion of the rice on a plate and top it with the grilled salmon. Garnish with fresh dill and lemon wedges if desired.
