Prepare the Croutons

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Bread
Cut the bread into cubes, approximately 1-inch in size.

Season the Bread
In a mixing bowl, combine the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Toss until evenly coated.

Bake the Croutons
Spread the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crunchy. Stir halfway through to ensure even baking.
Make the Caesar Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Taste and Adjust
Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning with more salt, pepper, or lemon juice if desired.
Assemble the Salad

Prepare the Lettuce
Rinse the Romaine lettuce under cold water and pat dry. Chop into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the lettuce. Drizzle the creamy Caesar dressing over the top.
