Grilling the Chicken

Prepare the Chicken
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C).

Grill the Chicken
Place the seasoned chicken thighs on the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Rest the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Preparing the Sides

Cook the Corn
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the corn on the cob and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Remove from water and set aside.

Make the Coleslaw
In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Chill the Coleslaw
Cover the coleslaw and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
