Preparing the Ribs

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Season the Ribs
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if it’s still attached. Rub the ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, making sure to cover the entire surface.

Wrap and Bake
Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
Making the BBQ Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a medium saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper.

Cook the Sauce
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Once simmering, reduce heat to low and cook for 15-20 minutes until thickened.
