Cook the Shrimp
Once boiling, add the jumbo shrimp into the pot. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook.

Drain and Chill
Drain the shrimp from the ice bath and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Making Cocktail Sauce

Mix Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of prepared horseradish, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.

Adjust Flavor
Stir well to combine, and add hot sauce to taste. Mix again until the sauce is well blended.
Serving

Plate the Dish
Arrange the chilled shrimp on a platter or individual serving dishes. Serve with the cocktail sauce on the side.
