Method
Prepare the Salmon

Season the Salmon
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Rub this mixture over the salmon fillets and let them marinate for about 15 minutes.

Prepare the Steamed Broccoli

Steam the Broccoli
In a pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Place the broccoli florets in a steamer basket over the boiling water, cover, and steam for about 5-7 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Season with salt to taste.
Roast the Cherry Tomatoes

Prepare the Tomatoes
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a baking dish, toss the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and balsamic vinegar. Spread them out in a single layer.

Roast the Tomatoes
Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are soft and starting to burst. Remove from oven and set aside.
Serve the Dish

Plate the Meal
On a plate, place a serving of steamed broccoli. Top with a grilled salmon fillet and garnish with roasted cherry tomatoes. Serve immediately.
