Chop the red bell pepper into strips and slice the scallions thinly. Set aside.

Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until bright green, then drain and set aside.

Cut the filet mignon into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the farfalle pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Add the seasoned filet mignon tips and cook for about 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Add the cooked pasta, filet mignon tips, broccoli, red bell pepper, and scallions into the Alfredo sauce. Toss everything together until well coated.
