Pasta Preparation

Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the farfalle pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Add the broccoli florets to the pot during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Vegetables
While the pasta cooks, slice the red bell pepper into thin strips and chop the scallions, separating the green tops from the white parts.

Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add the shrimp and sprinkle with blackening seasoning. Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are opaque and cooked through. Remove from heat and mix with the filet mignon tips.

Combine Pasta, Vegetables, and Sauce
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, broccoli, red bell pepper, scallion whites, shrimp, and filet mignon. Pour the alfredo sauce over the mixture and toss until evenly coated.

While the pasta mixture cools, grill the slices of Italian bread until toasted and golden brown on both sides.
