Burger Preparation

Form the Patties
In a bowl, gently mix the Wagyu beef with salt and pepper. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and form into patties, slightly larger than the buns.

Add Cheese
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on each patty and cover until melted.
Bun Preparation

Cook the Bacon
In the same skillet or a separate one, cook the applewood smoked bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Parmesan Truffle Fries

Prepare the Fries
Cook the frozen French fries according to package instructions until crispy and golden.

Season the Fries
Remove the fries from the oven or fryer and immediately toss with truffle oil, grated Parmesan cheese, and salt. Mix well to coat evenly.
Assembly

Assemble the Burgers
On the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun, place a patty with melted cheese, top with two slices of crispy bacon, and cover with the top half of the bun.
