Combine Meat Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the certified Angus beef, short rib, brisket, and chuck. Add the cooked bacon, caramelized onions, bread crumbs, egg, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.

Form Loaves
Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion into an individual loaf. Make a small indentation in the center of each loaf and fill with shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake Meatloaf
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the loaves on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

Steam Broccoli
In a pot with a steamer basket, add broccoli florets and steam for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still bright green. Remove from heat.

Cook Macaroni
In a large pot of salted boiling water, add macaroni pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and return to pot.
