Prepare the Meatball Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground wagyu beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the Meatballs
Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place the formed meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the Meatballs
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned.

Caramelize the Onions
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown and caramelized.
- 5
Prepare the Sauce
Once the onions are caramelized, pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- 6
Season the Sauce
Add the fresh thyme, salt, and black pepper to the sauce. Simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
