Prepare the Pita Chips
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the pita triangles on a baking sheet and lightly brush them with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until they are crisp and golden. Remove from the oven and set aside.

Make the Fondue
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream and dry white wine. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.

Add Garlic and Cheese
Once simmering, add the minced garlic and stir for about 1 minute until fragrant. Gradually add the grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, stirring continuously until melted and smooth.

Incorporate Seafood
Fold in the sweet blue crab meat and chopped Maine lobster meat into the cheese mixture, ensuring that the seafood is well coated. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

Transfer the fondue to a serving bowl or fondue pot. Serve hot with the toasted pita chips for dipping.
