Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, chopped anchovy fillets, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated and the dressing is smooth.

Taste and Adjust
Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning with more salt or pepper if necessary. Set aside or refrigerate until ready to use.

Prepare the Croutons
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, toss the cubed brioche bread with olive oil until evenly coated. Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the chopped hearts of romaine and the desired amount of Caesar dressing. Toss until the leaves are evenly coated with the dressing.

Add Toppings
Sprinkle the shaved Parmesan cheese on top of the salad and add the croutons. Toss gently to combine.
