Make the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded spare rib meat with barbecue sauce, chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated. Set aside.

Lay out each flour tortilla on a clean surface. Place about 1/2 cup of the meat filling in the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle some shredded cheddar cheese on top of the meat filling.
