Set your slow cooker to low and let it preheat for about 10 minutes.

Place the seasoned ribs into the preheated slow cooker, making sure they fit comfortably.
Making the BBQ Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, mustard, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Pour the BBQ sauce over the ribs in the slow cooker, ensuring the ribs are well-coated in the sauce.
