Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the coconut rum, melon liqueur, Blue Curaçao, sweet and sour mix, and pineapple juice.
Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice and secure the lid.
Shake It Up
Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry on top.
