Lobster Spinach Dip Ingredients

Method

Preparation Directions

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Spinach

In a skillet over medium heat, add the fresh spinach and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

  3. 3

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.

  4. 4

    Add Lobster and Spinach

Fold in the cooked lobster meat and sautéed spinach into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.

  5. 5

    Bake the Dip

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
