Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, season the wings with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- 2
Heat the Oil
In a deep fryer or a large pot, heat the vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).
- 3
Fry the Wings
Carefully add the chicken wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry them for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove them and drain on paper towels.
- 4
Prepare the Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the hot sauce and stir to combine.
- 5
Coat the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the fried wings with the hot sauce mixture. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- 6
Serve
Serve the buffalo wings hot with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.
