Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- 2
Dredge in Flour
Coat each chicken breast in flour, shaking off any excess.
- 3
Egg Wash
Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl. Dip the floured chicken breasts in the egg, ensuring they are fully coated.
- 4
Coat with Breadcrumbs
In another shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan cheese. Dredge the egg-coated chicken breasts in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
- 5
Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and place on a baking sheet.
