Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Take a large wine glass and fill it with ice cubes until it's about three-quarters full.
Add Aperol
Pour 3 oz of Aperol over the ice cubes in the glass.
Add Prosecco
Slowly pour 3 oz of Prosecco into the glass, allowing it to mix gently with the Aperol.
Top with Soda Water
Add 1 oz of soda water on top of the mixture to give it a refreshing fizz.
