Blistered Brussels Sprouts

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise.

Season and Roast
In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and blistered, stirring halfway through.

Make the Reduction
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the balsamic vinegar and honey. Bring to a gentle simmer and reduce the heat to low. Allow it to simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and coats the back of a spoon. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Truffle Sesame Gremolata

Prepare the Gremolata
In a small bowl, combine the chopped parsley, minced garlic, truffle oil, toasted sesame seeds, and lemon zest. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
