Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water. Set aside while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the Dillon's gin or vodka and Noilly Prat dry vermouth. Stir well for about 30 seconds until chilled.

Prepare the Glass
Discard the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the glass.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with olives or a lemon twist as desired. Serve immediately.
