Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the El Gobernador Pisco, spicy aji amarillo puree, vanilla extract, and ultra orange juice. Fill the shaker with ice.
Shake Well
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass, leaving some space at the top.
Add CO2
Top off the cocktail with the carbonated water or soda for a refreshing finish.
