Cocktail Preparation

    Prepare the Skewer

    On a cocktail skewer, thread one anchovy, one green olive, and one guindilla pepper. Repeat until the skewer is filled as desired.

    In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Bombay Sapphire gin, fino sherry, and Lillet blanc. Shake well until chilled.

    Strain and Serve

    Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with the prepared skewer.
