Mixing the Wines
In a large pitcher, combine equal parts Ortega, Ehrenfelser, Chardonnay, and Riesling. Stir gently to blend the flavors.

Chill
Refrigerate the wine blend for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and to serve it chilled.

Serve
Pour into wine glasses and serve chilled. Optionally, garnish with a slice of citrus or fresh herbs for added aroma.
