1. Prepare the Prawns
In a small pot of boiling salted water, cook the tiger prawns for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Drain and set aside.
2. Mix the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, cooked prawns, diced avocado, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Gently fold to combine.
3. Assemble the Rolls
Open the sandwich rolls and fill each with the lobster and prawn mixture. Top with sliced cucumber and a sprinkle of tobiko.

Serve immediately while fresh, optionally garnished with extra tobiko and lemon wedges.
