Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the Fino Sherry, ripe banana, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Take a chilled glass and pour the blended mixture into it.

Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a few mint leaves on top. Serve immediately.
