Cheesecake Ingredients

Method

Cheesecake Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Batter

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

  3. 3

    Add Remaining Ingredients

Add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, flour, and salt to the mixture. Beat until fully combined and smooth.

  4. 4

    Bake the Cheesecake

Line a 9-inch (23cm) springform pan with parchment paper. Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is dark brown and the center is just set.

  5. 5

    Cool and Serve

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool at room temperature for about 1 hour. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. Top with seasonal toppings as desired.
