Cheesecake Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Prepare the Batter
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Add Remaining Ingredients
Add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, flour, and salt to the mixture. Beat until fully combined and smooth.

Bake the Cheesecake
Line a 9-inch (23cm) springform pan with parchment paper. Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is dark brown and the center is just set.

Cool and Serve
Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool at room temperature for about 1 hour. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. Top with seasonal toppings as desired.
