Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Mango
In a blender, puree the diced mango until smooth. You may add a splash of water if needed to achieve a smoother consistency.
Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Bacardí Reserva Ocho rum, oloroso sherry, mango puree, honey, and ice cubes. Shake well until chilled.
Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top as a garnish.
Garnish
Add mint leaves for a fresh touch and serve immediately.
