Prepare the Glass
Fill a wine glass with ice cubes to chill the glass.

Mix the Ingredients
Pour 3 oz of Aperol over the ice.

Add Sparkling Wine
Slowly add 3 oz of sparkling wine to the glass.

Top with Soda Water
Finish by adding 1 oz of soda water.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a slice of orange and serve immediately.
