Chocolate Wilcoxson's Creamery Milkshake

Method

Fudgy Double Chocolate Cake

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.

  2. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  3. 3

    Mix Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  4. 4

    Combine Mixtures

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir in the boiling water until the batter is smooth.

  5. 5

    Add Chocolate Chips

Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.

  6. 6

    Bake the Cake

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  7. 7

    Cool the Cake

Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Chocolate Wilcoxson's Creamery Milkshake

  1. 8

    Blend Ingredients

In a blender, combine the Wilcoxson's chocolate ice cream, whole milk, and chocolate syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. 9

    Serve the Milkshake

Pour the milkshake into tall glasses. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings if desired.
